RT-6 and 941 must be filed even if there are NO WAGES. State of Florida and IRS require filing even if it is $0.00.
If you are no longer have payroll you must file a final 941 return, section 3 line 17; or hire a tax professional.
RT-6 # must be suspended / inactivated to remove the filing requirement.
